1. Cardstock for base and scalloped edge from Stampin! Up
2. Design paper from Stampin! Up 
3. Beads from my general stash
4. matting cardstock from Walmart
5.  embossed with Cuttlebug Embossing folder - Polka Dots
6. wings colored using light grey from Copic markers
7. Other markers from my Prismacolour marker set
8. Hello stamp bought at a Ben Franklin store in Kansas
