Sunsational Stamps - Christmas in July - Week 5

Hi everyone!
Today is the last post for Christmas in July.
I decided that today's card is going to be sweet & simple for all of you who don't always have time for something elaborate or don't have a lot of craft supplies.  I am using "May Your Christmas Be A Latte Fun" and you can find that in digital form at Scrapping With Lisa Designs, a division of Sunsational Stamps

For this card I used a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch card....easily made by cutting an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of cardstock in half.  I cut a piece of patterned cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 inches and glued that on the front of the card.  I printed the image and colored it with Distress markers.  I used a Sizzix scalloped oval die to cut around the image.  I attached that to the front of the card with 3D foam squares to give it dimension.  And for an added touch I attatched a tiny button to the top of her hat with a glue dot.

I hope you have enjoyed these 5 weeks of Christmas in July

Christmas In July Lady Gingerbread.

Good morning everyone! Sorry, I'm a bit late (if you saw my craft space you'd totally get it LOL) !! I am pitching in for DT member Carolyn while she is on LOA. As you have probably guessed we are doing a Christmas in July theme this month so I chose this adorable "Lady Gingerbread" stamp for my card. She is available in the Sunsational Stamp store HERE.

I colored her using Bic Mark-It markers and added some puff paint to try and make it look more like Icing and give it some dimension. The patterned paper is from a Recollections Christmas paper stack.

Isn't she just the cutest and she has a brother to match!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!

Patriotic fun

Today I have a lot of fun new images to share.  I used Lady Liberty 2 for a fun shaker card.
I added sequins and some small beads to the inside.

For my next project I created a simple scrapbook lay out using 3 of the penguins.
Americana Penguin 2, Americana Penguin 3, Americana Penguin 4

I chose some stickers I had from my stash to accent the page.
