Spring Flowers

Supplies used:
Placed one of pieces of the Flower Pot Card on my virtual mat in Silhouette Design Edition, and placed the flowers and Mouse under the flower in the pot.  Printed and than using my Crayola water color markers colored the image.  Stamped Hello on one corner of card, and placed two beads in the mouse's eyes; and one gemstone in the corner.  The butterflies come as a set of three to stamp one on top of each other.  Once I got the colors to my liking, I punched out with the corresponding punch; and have nice note card to use.

Flower Garden Paper Piecing Pattern - jpg

Supplies used:
  • Roses from Flower Garden Paper Piecing Pattern Set
  • Butterfly not sure where that came from!
  • Tree trunk and grass is a cut file from the SilhouetteAmerica Online Store
  • Hello stamp
  • Cardstock 4.25x8.50
I placed pieces where I hope they would be appealing on my Silhouette Design Edition virtual mat, and than print and cut the card.  The Roses were images to color in with my Crayola water coloring markers.  The Butterfly that's printed in the left hand corner from a file I don't remember where I gotten it.  Stamped Hello and placed three green gemstones to create a nice note card for a set of note cards to be boxed .

Hey there, today I'm happy to share some spring inspired scrapbooking.
I used the Garden Girlies stamps for my lay out.
I kept it simple since photos of flowers are pretty busy and colorful.
For the flower centers I used some yellow radiant pearls paint.
The girls are all colored with colored pencils.  The butterflies have some stickles over their wings, I couldn't resist.

Love the lady bug on her shoe.  Clean and simple.  Once I decide on the actual photos then I will add a title.

Quackers over you scrapbook page by Marji

Easter is coming, so why not get a head start on a lay out!
I used the JPG image and did the print and cut with the offset feature to cut my little chick, hearts and title.
I added a fabric covered button to her belly, those buttons remind me of a soft chick so I had to use it here.
I added a small photo of my sweet Em using my Zink Happy printer to make the title even better.

Mouse Under Flower

Here is a quick fun spring card for you today.

For this colorful card, I first colored the digi using Photoshop.  I played around with the filters and the gradients until I found what I like for the flower.

I completed the card by using colorful sunny bright papers.  I don't normally make my cards square but this size of this image called for a square shaped card rather than my normal size.

I finished off the card by adding yellow and orange trendy twine with a sunflower button.

Quick and easy!!!  You can find this digi in the store here.

Thanks for stopping in!

What a doll Scrapbook page by Marji

I am sharing a sweet scrap book layout today.  I take so many pictures of my daughter it's crazy and now she will pose and say, "mom, take a picture of us" and have her doll or a toy.  I can't say no, can I?
This page is inspired by one of those moments.  I used the rag doll image and changed her outfits by using the print and cut feature and the colors and patterns in my Cameo.
I also used my Zink Happy photo printer to make the title.  It's such a fun printer.
Here's a close up of the dolls, I had a lot of fun making their outfits different.
Emily saw this page and she wanted to know who those girls were"  She was not satisfied when I told her I didn't have anyone in mind, they were just baby dolls.  So please let me introduce you to "Jessica", "Bella", and "Elsa".  :)
 Aren't these title bars cute?
The small picture I used will be one of the bigger photos I add to the lay out as well.  She had to have her her hair braided to match Ana and Elsa.
Here's my machine working on another project, it's just so amazing, the 2 inch cartridge is my favorite but the 1/2 inch works great for card titles too.

Sweet gift set by Marji

I am proud to share this project with you today! Spring is here, so why not celebrate.
I made a sweet gift set today.  What do you think?
I used the patterns and the print and cut feature again on my Cameo,  It's so fun to "color" on the computer!
I mounted her on an action wobble to give her more personality.
Isn't she cute?  I love her.
I made a matching notebook.  I just copied the snail and made her smaller.  This in the background was actually from another project.  I save the piece after using that heart cut out. I love the look of this.
I used my hot glue gun to add the ribbon to the covers and glued the top edge of the pink book mark to the back of the cover.  So you can keep your place.
For the bookmark I used a felt popper from Pinque Peacock and some ribbon from my stash.
To make this book mark I used my high temp glue gun to put a deep glob on the back then layered in the ribbon and paper clip.  To cover the mess, I found a circle punch that fit so I just placed it right over the warm glue.
Nice and clean and ready to go!

Love Letters

Love Letters

Supplies used:
  • Sunburst cut file from SilhouetteAmerica Online Store
  • Teddy Bear with Letters from Sunsational Stamps
  • Brads, gemstones, button, and baker twine
  • Markers used: Stampin! Up and Copic for the letters
  • paper used for Sunburst from "My Library" in Silhouette Studio
  • Measurements:  5.50x4.25 inches
I cut the Teddy Bear with Letters using my Silhouette Cameo, tracing first so I cut out the background for placement of the Bear, onto poster board.  Cut the sunburst background and placed over greenish-blue-ish cardstock.  The little band  I color picked the color from the sunburst and than printed and cut out.

The words, Love Letters I cut out and placed on the strip and than colored in.  Placed gemstones in lower left and upper right corner; and a green button with baker twine in upper left corner.

Thank you for stopping by to visit with us at Sunsational Stamps, and for more inspiration, please stop by my blog here .  Have a blessed day, and hugs to all...xoxo
