Have a Rocking 4th of July!!!e

Hello from Sunsational Stamps!!
Well the 4th of July is just a week away. I have fond memories of July 4th  from my childhood. My grandma was very "patriotic" and every year we had a huge family picnic in our backyard and we certainly Rocked the 4th!!
For today's card I used the digital stamp of the "Have a Rocking 4th of July" and colored it using Adobe Photoshop I added some stickles to the rocket some sticker stars inside the larger stars and stamped in gold ink some tiny fireworks in the back ground.

Added some faux stitches in red mated it to a dark blue mate before putting it on a 4 x 5.5 inch white card.
Hope you all have a great day!!

A card for a Muggle

Welcome to the magical world of sunsational stamps... How cute is this NEW Harry Potter image !!!  He's just adorable, right !!

For my design team project I designed a z fold card.
This card is 5 1\2 x 12
And scored at the 4 inch and 8 inch. Then fold into a z shape.
I used card stock in red , gray and white.
Edges are inked with black stazon ink.
Flat back gems were added just to catch a little light. ( I like being lol )
I tried not to make this card to girly, because I'm giving it to my son in law for his birthday. But a girl has to use a little glitz, right?
I think he will like it despite the gems...lol... I mean come on... Its Harry Potter !!!!

The pic above shows the inside of the card and the fold a little better.
I'm sure by now your thinking of several muggles you know that would spellbound by this image.

I just love how this turned out !!!  I know you'll  want this one in your stash.. OK.. No need to grab that magic wand to get this image... Just click on the link below...

Sweet Sherry

Hello my lovelies. I hope all is well in your crafty world. Today is my day to show you my new creation for Sunsational Stamps... I would like you to meet Sherry #311..,
You can get sherry here...

 http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/category_62/14/Girls.htm

Sherry is adorning a criss cross card.

I used copic markers and prisms pencils to color Sherry. Although I'm beginner to copics, I love the way Sherry turned out.

This card is 6x6. The inside pull out is 5 1/2 inches...
This card is so easy to make but can be so impressive.
I took 2 pieces of 6x6 paper. I cut one piece diagonally from corner to corner... So now you have 1 6x6 square and 2 triangle shapes. Now position the diagonal pieces on the square so they Cris cross. Only glue sides and bottom. You need the top open to place your sentiment card.
Now decorate... I used laces, handmade roses, ribbon, string pearls and stickles.
All die cuts were made with paper punches.
Now that you've completed the all the lovely decorations, slide your 5 1/2 inch sentiment card in the top and your ready to make someone's day with this card.

Isn't Sherry adorable ! She's absolutely one of my favorites. You are going to love working with her !!
Here's the link one more time... http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/category_62/14/Girls.htm
So go ahead and head on over and get sherry #311
