Suzy Snowflake

Sandy here with my DT project for Sunsational Stamps...
I saw Suzy Snowflake int the shop, and knew I love to make something with her. So using her as my inspiration, I decided I was make a little gift box that I could fill with hot chocolate packages and marshmallows.

The box is pre-made and I purchased a couple of them after the holidays. I colored the digi with Spectrum Nior markers, used pattern paper for my background, and add a cute little tag that I punch out with my circle punch.

Suzy Snowflake

Hope you like this box project. You can check out Sunsational Stamps store for many more wonderful stamps, digis and paper piecing images.

You can find more projects, tips and inspiration at my blog A Working Mom's Joy. Thank you for stopping by, and happy stamping to all.

Sweet mouse bringing you some spring time love

Hey there! How are you today?  I hope you are warm enough, this winter has got to get moving soon!

Spring is near, so I thought I'd bring you a little bit of it with this card.
This is one of my most favorite images of Lisa's, the little mouse is so very sweet.
I used my Copics to color her in, I let my cameo do her print and cut thing ;)

She's mounted on an action wobble, it really makes the card so much more fun I think.
Here's the whole card, it's a twisted easel.  I used owl accents since mice are always hiding from owls to save their tails right?

Snowfall card 01/27/2014

Hello, Edwina of the dt here today. I am using 2 stamps by Sunsational Stamps called "Snowfall" and, "Snowfall 2". You can find them here http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/category_14/Winter.htm .

I colored the images with Copics. Then using a fine tip glue pen I outlined them then added glitter to both Snowfall words. I also added glitter to the bells. Then when they were dry cut the cards stock down around the images and mounted them on light blue card stock. Then I punched out a snow flake border. added the snowflakes in the corner and used glitter glue to make the flourish.

Copics used are Y11, Y13, B91, B93, B95, B97- top snowball hat, B21, B23, B26, B28- middle hat, B000, B00, B01, B02, B05- bottom hat, BG000,B12, B52- hat on single snowball, YR01, YR04, YR09- noses, R22, R24- mouths, E43, E44, E47- arms, W3, W5, W7- shoes, B21, B23, B24- words.

Merry Grinchmas

Hello everyone. DT Sandy here and I wanted to share my write up and first card creation for Sunsational Stamps.

I am excited to be a part of Sunsational Stamps inaugural design team. I just started using digital stamps this year, an am addicted. I am looking forward to inspiring you with projects, showcasing the wonderful images from Sunsational Stamps.

Here is a card created by me using the stamp
Merry Grinchmas

Quick Recipe:
Merry Grinchmas digi stamp colored by Spectrum Nior markers.
Pattern paper: trees
Green card stock for card base
Green and and Christmas red Stickles.

This card was so easy to do!  The trees where cut from a piece of  12x12 pattern paper. I just cut the trees that I wanted and using the Stickles, I bling them out. My Grinch was placed on the front of the card using pop- dots. And that's it. Very easy and sinple card to put together.

Hope you like it. I am looking forward to creating more awesome projects using

Snowfall 2 card

Hello, Edwina here today. I am using "Snowfall 2" by Sunsational Stamps. You can find it here http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/category_14/Winter.htm .

For full details on my card you can find it here on my blog http://edwinascreations.blogspot.com/2014/01/snowfall-card.html .

I used copics to color the stamp. The snowflakes are punched out and gems added to the centers. Some are pop dotted some are glued flat on the card. I embossed the background card stock using an embossing folder by Darice. The die cut is a Spellbinders die.

Have a wonderful day.

3d Batty Bag Sunday

Hi, Sher here today.  I wanted to do something a bit different, and thought this image would look so cute on a small bag.
I layered my image to make it 3d.  Very easy process.  You just layer multiple parts of the image over the top of the first one.  In Between the layers you put adhesive foam dots, to lift it and give it the 3d effect.   Thank you for taking a peak at my project today.

For my project I used Batty For You, which can be found here as a rubber stamp. http://www.sunsationalstamps.com/item_58/Batty-For-You.htm

If you would like to make your very own bag, you can find a template for it here at:

Stuffed with Love

Good morning. Sandy here with my first project for Sunsational Stamps...

I saw this cute teddy bear and knew I have make him for my first Christmas card for 2014. Yep, its never too early to start on your Christmas card collection.

Using my Spectrum Nior markers, I was able to color him using  the "dot" method for the fur.  Instead of coloring in the image, just dot the color on top of each other to build up your color.

Hope you like this card project. You can check out Sunsational Stamps store for many more wonderful stamps and.for more inspiration, check out my blog A Working Mom's Joy

Thank you for stopping by, and happy stamping to all.

Snowfall Card

Today I would like to share with you my first DT posting for Sunsational stamps. I have a love for coloring digi stamps.  I use both colored pencils as well as copic markers. For this fun card, I have use my Crayola Colored Pencils and blended them with Gamsol.

I have not colored in a while, and it sure shows in the work I have done with this image.  I need a lot of practice to get back where I once was.

You will find this fun image in the store by clicking this link.
