Eggstra special cards

Today I am using the Eggstra Special Easter set

This is the card I gave to my daughter for Easter.  This is such a fun set to piece together.

I love the little feet sticking out.

I used my gel pens to add highlights and decorate the eggs.

Since Easter is over I wanted to show you that this set doesn't have to be only Easter.  I made this sweet spring card using the chick and left the handle off the basket so it's a nest.  

I typed the message using a font on my computer.

I also used the gel pens for highlights.  I also added crystal effects to the eyes, beaks and feet on each bird.
